The customer service at the hotel was amazing. The roons are big and equipped with everything you need. The food service is wonderful with a lot of options and many times to eat. The extra restaurants are inclusive as well but require reservations that are difficult to get. Also, they have a dress code (no shorts, no vest, no bathing suits, or flip flops). The spa and their staff are amazing and kind, they offer all kinds of services. We had massages and facials. The beach and pools are amazing. There is a kids pool with slides. There is also an area for adults only pool. Towels were a little problem at first, but the kind lifeguard went out of his way to find us some. One recommendation is to have an area to leave pool or beach toys for others to use since we can not take them back with us on the plane. Also, the pool chairs are taken quickly as people tend to go out early and place their towels to save the chairs until they go back out. The location is central to the different sites like Lindos, Old Town Rhodes, and other beaches. The hotel offers car rentals at a decent price. There are shops in the hotel in case you forget anything. The bars come stocked and make very good drinks. Every night there is different entertainment by the night bar.

Our entire stay at Alila was wonderful, and we are very happy we chose to spend our honeymoon here. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and they even upgraded our room without us ever asking for anything ( big thanks to Alexandros for being so kind). The restaurant staff were always very professional, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job because this was the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at. The resort in itself was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable and and the beach was lovely. The entire place had a luxurious and exclusive feel, but without the air of coldness and arrogance that often comes with it. Instead, we always felt comfortable, relaxed and cozy. The highlight was the food, we are vegetarian and we had so much to choose from. We give an absolute 10/10 for every meal we had and an 11/10 for the most delicious cakes and deserts. The bars served great cocktails too, and even on the nights we wanted something non-alcoholic, there were so many creative and delicious options to choose from. We gained some weight, but it was well worth it. All in all, this was a great experience and we are really looking forward to going to Alila again.

We even noticed that we logged a lot of steps on our step counter, thanks to the size of the place, which helped offset the calories from all the delicious food. Most importantly, the staff were amazing—especially Tzviela at the beach bar—who was incredibly patient with us and the kids while making milkshakes. Additionally, there were numerous drinking and eating options, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to all tastes. Despite our initial plans to explore the area, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel, enjoying its abundance of amenities and activities. It was also conveniently close to Rhodes and Faliraki. The nightly shows were entertaining. Special thanks to Zoe from reception for her warm welcome and good introduction of the hotel after a long journey❤️ We loved the pool and the private beach, and there was never trouble getting sunbeds. We also loved our boat trip to Symi with pick up from the beach just 10 minutes from hotel, booked through the lovely concierge at Mitsis. The food selection is excellent and the kids especially loved the texmex and creperie with all the lovely desserts, special thanks to Josephine for her excellent service! Our family room was spacious for a family of five and with a big balcony with sunbeds and a private jacuzzi which was so nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The room was kept very clean, and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. We had an excellent time at Mitsis and warmly recommend it.

We had known Anna from Greek restaurant and Aris from the Italian, and Also Aris from thd breakfast tables serving drinks, so many people around us made my family welcomed and happy by their service. Dimitros at the reception helping with bags was excellent too. I can only recommend this hotel, as even the best hotel has its own issues and this hotel is tge same however the peoples are working for this one are the biggest assets of all and made the difference 100%.
